A Mother’s Promise, LLC is a supportive home care agency dedicated to helping individuals live safely, comfortably, and independently at home. We provide compassionate home support, respite care, and daily living skills training to individuals who need just a little extra help to thrive.

Our services include assistance with daily tasks, personal care, companionship, and meaningful support that promotes dignity and overall well‑being.

We are seeking a Care Companion who embodies compassion, respect, and a genuine commitment to empowering others. This role is ideal for someone who values connection, patience, and the belief that every person deserves to maintain independence and live life on their own terms.

Position: Care Companion

Status: Part‑Time / Full‑Time

Location: Client homes 

Hours: Flexible scheduling available

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and role responsibilities

🌿 What You’ll Do

As a Care Companion, you will provide personalized, supportive care that helps clients remain independent and comfortable in their homes. Responsibilities may include:

  Daily Living Support

  • Assist with light household tasks such as tidying, laundry, meal prep, and organization

  • Support clients with daily routines and activities that promote independence

  • Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community activities (if applicable)

  Personal Care Assistance

  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home

  • Help clients maintain comfort, dignity, and confidence in their daily routines

  Companionship & Emotional Support

  • Build warm, trusting relationships through conversation, presence, and encouragement

  • Engage clients in meaningful activities that support emotional well‑being

  • Provide respite care to give family caregivers peace of mind and needed breaks

  Daily Living Skills Training

  • Support clients in learning or maintaining skills that enhance independence

  • Encourage participation in tasks that build confidence and self‑sufficiency

  • Promote a nurturing, empowering environment where clients feel capable and supported

  • A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care

  • Strong communication skills and a warm, professional presence

  • Reliability, integrity, and a commitment to high‑quality support

  • CNA’s are encouraged to apply

  • First Aid certification is not required — training can be provided

  • Experience in caregiving, home care, or related fields is helpful but not required; heart and dedication matter most
